Keeping the right stock on your shelves, fulfilling orders and keeping your customers happy becomes much easier with My.N's integrated stock control system.

Minimum stock and re-order levels make it straightforward for you to generate purchase orders for stock replenishment and to fulfil customer orders. Supplier lead times, minimum order values and sales per day can all be factored in, so you get it right.

Stock can be tracked across multiple sites, including any stock you may hold in vans, on consignment, loan stock and stock to be returned to suppliers.

Serial numbers and warranties are tracked as standard and detailed reports can be generated both on the stock you are currently holding and the stock you have sold.

Managing your Repairs

My.N's Repair System allows you to book in each repair as an individual job, costing parts and labour against it for generating a quote. Once you get the go-ahead from the customer, the system manages the parts and labour used and invoices the customer when the repair is complete.

Having visibility of the costs, invoicing and automatically being able to charge manufacturers for their own warranty repairs, means that the system offers you many ways of squeezing the most out of each repair. This ensures that your workshop maintains its profitability and its contribution to your business. It simply means you make more money for less work.
